Are you passionate about artificial life, eager to gain hands-on experience in event management, and interested in networking with leading researchers and practitioners in the field? We invite enthusiastic and dedicated students to join us as volunteers for the upcoming Artificial Life Conference, taking place at ITU from July 22nd to July 26th.
Why volunteer?
As a student volunteer, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Gain valuable experience in event organization and management.
- Network with renowned experts and fellow enthusiasts in artificial life.
- Attend conference sessions, workshops, and social events.
- Contribute to the success of an international conference in your field of interest.
Volunteer responsibilities:
Volunteers will assist with various tasks throughout the conference, including but not limited to:
- Registration desk support and attendee assistance.
- Session moderation and technical support.
- Poster session coordination and participant guidance.
- Social media coverage and online engagement.
- Participant assistance and information dissemination.
- Photography and videography.
- In total, about 10h for the week.
